The ESET Smart Security Antivirus and antispyware module allows the user to restrict access to specific URL's or domains. See the steps below for details on adding URL's which are to be blocked from display in a web browser.

Open ESET Smart Security by clicking the icon
in the Windows system tray or by clicking Start → All Programs → Eset → ESET Smart Security.

Switch to Advanced Mode by clicking Toggle Advanced mode in the lower left corner of the main window. In the left column, click Setup → Antivirus and antispyware.

In the Web Access Protection section, click Configure (See Fig. 1-1 below).

The ESET Smarty Security Setup window will appear. Click the '+' next to HTTP to expand the menu tree, and then click Blocked addresses.

If there are any currently blocked URL's, they will be displayed. To add a new URL, click Add at the bottom of the window. Enter the URL of the website you wish to block, then click OK (See Fig. 1-2 below).
NOTE: The wildcards "*" and "?" may also be used. For example, if you wanted to block all URL addresses from nk01.warshare.com to nk98.warshare.net, you would enter: "nk??.warshare.*"
To add multiple URL's from a text file, click the arrow on the right side of the Add button, and click From file.

Click OK to add the URL, and click OK again to finish.
