ESET Smart Security is a tightly integrated solution that is designed to function as a unit, and we recommend that you do not disable any of its features. However, if you wish to disable the ESET Smart Security Antispam feature for the purposes of troubleshooting/diagnosing system problems or you wish to use a different antispam solution, please follow the step-by-step instructions below:
- Open the main program window by clicking the ESET icon
next to the system clock or by clicking Start → All Programs → ESET→ ESET Smart Security. - If you see Display: Standard mode in the lower left corner of the window, switch to Advanced mode by clicking Change... or by pressing CTRL + M on your keyboard.
- Click Setup → Antispam module from the main menu on the left, and then click Disable in the primary window.
